  1. Is there a minimum order?  Yes, our minimum for screen printing is 12 pieces per order. Including re-orders.
  2. Can I place my order online?   At this time we are not able to accept orders online, however we can do the leg work via e-mail and phone.
  3. How soon can we see our t-shirt design?  With Our Template Designs, You will usually see your first proof within 2-3 business days of placing your order.
  4. Will you mock up a design for me so I can show my family at our next meeting?  Yes, if you have a $35 deposit on file.
  5. I have my own artwork or sketches, can you use supplied art?  Yes,  we can use your sketches or designs, but in order to estimate any kind of art fee we will need to see what you have..
  6. How long does it take to get our shirts delivered?   Most of the time shirts are printed and shipped within 3 weeks depending on where your order is being shipped.  All orders ship FOB Douglasville, Georgia 30135

  8. Do you accept credit cards for payment?  Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard as well as PayPal if needed.  
  9. Do you really copyright and protect all your designs? We see other Family Reunion T-Shirt Design sites and some are very nice and others not so much.  To be honest we only protect the designs we create.  We make every effort possible to make unique designs that people can be proud to wear and we almost never use clipart because "Custom Design" is what we do best.  Sometimes we will borrow and idea for a t-shirt design from a friend or another designer, but we won't steal their art.  Thats why when clients provide their own art for printing unless we recognize it as clip art we will redesign it as not to offend another artist.
